OdataLink Legacy Pricing Plans

This page details the legacy pricing plans that apply for customers that have subscribed before 1 November 2024.

OdataLink is priced based on the number of data files (e.g. MYOB company or Xero Organisation) you connect to OdataLink. The different tiers provide discounts for those with larger number of data files.

Currently, we do not charge for users or models.

New pricing from 1 November 2024

We had held our OdataLink prices steady since our launch of this product in 2020. From 1 November 2024, we have raised our prices to reflect the current costs of providing this service.

The timing of the price increase depends on when you first subscribed to OdataLink.

  • If you subscribed before 1 May 2024, the new prices come into effect on 1 November 2024.
  • If you subscribed on or after 1 May 2024, you will remain on our older pricing structure until May 2025.

While most plans have increased in price, we also introduce a Business 5 plan which will reduce subscription cost for those with 4 to 8 data files.

Note that if you cancel your subscription and choose to re-subscribe at a later date, this legacy pricing structure will no longer apply to you. Instead, you will be re-subscribing as per current pricing.

For customers who subscribed before 1 May 2024

The pricing plans below will come into effect from 1 November 2024 if you subscribed to OdataLink prior to 1 May 2024.

For those on custom pricing, prices increase by 10%.

All prices are in Australian Dollar and includes GST.

For customers who subscribed between 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2024

If you subscribed between 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2024, you will remain on our older pricing structure (below) until May 2025. This is to ensure you have price certainty with the service.

For those on custom pricing, prices increase by 10%.

All prices are in Australian Dollar and includes GST.

Subscribe before 1 November 2024 to lock in the lower prices until May 2025

If you have not yet subscribed to an OdataLink Business plan, you can do so before 1 November 2024 AEDT to lock in lower prices until May 2025 and legacy pricing after.
